Hi Keith, you probably know this but if you click on "data/history" along the top of the Flightradar24 home screen, and then enter any aircraft's reg in the top right box, it will show a full run down of where it's been for pretty much as far back as you could ask. FIW was last in the UK on the 8th, FIY on the 9th and FOG today.

For some reason cannot log in on my I-pad, but OK on the desktop, have had this problem before but it usually solves itself in due course.
LHR on 09 yesterday so made 3 on approach, D-AEWD A320 and 773s PK-GID and A6-EPB. No luck today, too gloomy to see A350 OH-LWC on the AY831.
Off to Dubai on Thursday from LGW with Emirates, will be my first A380 flight. Not a spotting trip, after 2 days in the city (possibly time for a visit to the airport) we join the Queen Elizabeth to cruise back to Southampton, visiting Muscat, Salalah, Aqaba, Port Said, Istanbul, Athens, Valetta and Valencia. If last year's cruise was anything to go by, Wifi will be ridiculously expensive so unless I visit Wifi cafes ashore will not be reporting. Will use PlaneFinder replays to identify sightings from the ship.
Back on 10 May, will report then.

Hi Jerry, if I recall when you and others have had ipad issues, the response from the support forum has been to clear out the cache which then should resolve the issues. If it doesn't just give me a whistle and I'll contact them. Thanks

A good start to the day with yet another newish Air Canada 789 C-FGEI on the AC846 to Munich, and a couple of unusual LHR visitors, A40-DF A330 of Oman Air (first time I have noted this one, usually use B,D and E) and D-ASUN 738 of Tui on the Germanwings flight 4U2463 to Stuttgart (only a scrape, seen as TC-SNM and VT-AXB)

The weather people got it wrong again today but in a good way for a change, shame it couldn't have been like this at Popham on Sunday, however three have been made so far:
G-VYGL Airbus A330 OH-ADM Challenger 350 (inbound Farnborough) EI-FRC B737 Ryanair

Yes, I made G-VYGL too, plus D-AINB thought to be the first A320neo to visit LHR, and A6-EOP on the EK40 out of BHX taking an unusual southerly route.

Highlights for me today were the 2 MC12s, each trailing as they headed West - East over South London. Shady66 was 11-00266 at 19.20, followed at 19.30 by Shady09 11-00267. Also this morning saw the Air Canada 787 returning from MUC to YYZ.

2 nice military today. FAF9025 French AF E3CF 204 popped out of the clouds at 10.41 heading North over the Thames East of London. Cobra21 RC135 64-14843 followed the same route at 12.06. An interesting rotary movement was Bell 212 D-HBZT clattered over SE London at 10.23 heading towards Central London.

Made none today, although did see EI-FMK into SOU and a few trails whilst on lunch, made none sadly. High cloud now, doubt I'll make much more unless something comes through the zone.

Not as such Keith, the firm had a meeting at the Runneymede Hotel and all departures were easily visible from our meeting room, so with the help of FR24 I logged most of what went over.

Another late round up of sightings,it seems that a combination of work and weather curtail the fine art of spotting.
