Hi Howard N16DJ reportedly. The hex was wrong, the 3 should've been a 9 - confusing! Good one for me, 4th biz of the day!

Thanks Dylan for the answer, a good Gulf 4 frame for me, I am also doing quite well with an eye on the sky today, long may the blue skies continue.
Regards Howard

Hi Howard N16DJ reportedly. The hex was wrong, the 3 should've been a 9 - confusing! Good one for me, 4th biz of the day! Thanks Dylan, I saw this one over South Staffs this morning. Using the HEX on ADS-B it came up as N163QK, so I'm grateful for the correction. Where did your info come from, for possible future reference? Thanks again

Hi Deke, the answer was provided in one of the biz Facebook groups, possibly "bizzjets". Not often they're wrong, and the hex code makes sense being only one digit out
Cheers

Also if you take a look on blackswan.ch and search N16DJ, 2 entries are recorded both of which tie up with what's been said - it provides a different hex for both entries, slightly different than each other - the one with the 3 in is what was showing on ADSB
Cheers
