Noted at lunchtime were G-AXBJ Ce172, G-BBNT PA-31 ( no props), G-BGAB Ce172, G-BHHG Ce152, G-BKGC Maule M6, G-BLVL PA-32, G-CBSO Pa-28, G-CCHL PA-28, G-CISX CE172, G-DAZY PA-34 ( wreck), G-ENNA PA-28, G-EOMI Robin HR200, G-FABA PA-31, G-JASS Be200, G-LYDF PA-31, G-MCGU AW189, G-MCGV AW189, G-STHA PA-31 ( engine missing ), G-TIBS TB-20, N33NW TB-20 + N250MD PA-31. The two Bristow/ Coastguard helis currently operate from one of the old hangers but a new hanger looks to be almost completed for them. Many more aircraft in the hangers plus a couple on the aprons with covers on. There were three Pa-31s in a row, G-BBNT, G-STHA and one other that looked like it might end in TV but I couldn't find an angle to read it. On the northern airfield boundary where G-DAZY was "parked" was the fuselage of a Ce150/152 also. A couple of overflights noted during my visit were TF-LUV A330 WOW + SX-DNC A320 Aegean.

Hi Wrighty, Next time you are at Lydd, if you go inside the terminal building and find a member of staff ask them if it’s possible to have a walk around the hangars, we did it last time and was escorted around... The only area where you won’t be welcome is the Coast Guard hangar - they are a bit touchy!!! We were allowed access to all other areas and it made the visit so much more enjoyable and produced a great log... Thanks for posting mate. Bill

G-BUCS should be the Cessna 150, it was in the position you mentioned when we visited a couple of years ago.
Regards
