I stumbled across this museum on Sunday on my way home from a family wedding, paid my concessionary entrance fee of £4 and made both the A10 80-0219 and the Harrier, ZD667 on display. They have a couple of Phantoms, a Jaguar, Meteor but not on display.

Did you manage to see any of the other stuff on the airfield, Phil?

The only things flying there these days are radio controlled. I enquired about the non-exhibited aircraft, and was told that occasionally the museum hires a coach to take members across the airfield to where they are stored, and as they never fill the coach with members, they are happy to take guests. You have to monitor their website to see when those trips will be. The museum owns its own bus, which is on display, but when the checked out public liability insurance for using that to take people across, they were quoted £1000 p.a. The museum is interesting and worth a visit if passing, and the A10, F4 and Harrier are nicely positioned for photos.
