Jeff, replayed FR24 for that time and a F900LX came out of Biggin Hill, stayed at 2000ft, went right across Blackbushe, but then turned northwest, maintaining 2000ft or so. No reg or hex given though but was squawking 0465

Thats low for a transiting Biz jet !! Pilot's choice but initially the base of the LTMA is 2,500ft until you get to just east of Farnborough, then it goes up to 3,500ft. Maybe the pilot was given a level below 2,500 initially then decided not to climb when he was able to. 0465 is of course a Farnborough West squawk but one which is normally kept in reserve, its use indicating they were fairly busy, hardly surprising in this weather!

At the same time a gulfstream came across the field from the direction of Blackbushe ( M KSOI) before turning towards guildford, perhaps this was the reason he stayed low !
