Called in at this collection’s open day yesterday to see their 6 cockpit sections.
I needed 5 of them- just the Lightning I’d seen before. As well as these, they have a large aviation collection, from models to recovered pieces of WWII aircraft.
But they are only open on the afternoon of the last Sunday of each month, hence my visit yesterday...

Thanks ZZ, Robertsbridge brings back memories as when I was on the wagons, we used to load plasterboard out of the British Gypsum factory at there.

It’s a good collection, well worth a visit. I’ve long been wanting to go for the 5 jets I need (albeit cockpit sections), but it’s a long way from most places and only has very limited opening hours!
