Morning Chaps,
Excuse the title of this post but I thought I'd give you some idea as to the very fabric of Oshkosh. As I have said before this was my second visit - hopefully not my last - but this show is an absolute 'must-do' for any aviation enthusiast. The first time was in 2011 and we spent 2 days there (how I ever agreed to 2 days is beyond me)but this time we doubled the time and next time I'll double it again....
Over the 4 days we were there we clocked up 30 miles on the feet!!! So if anyone ever considers going take my advice, comfortable shoes (a must), consider what you carry, start each day with a good breakfast, carry plenty of water, take spare pen and log, and above all - be prepared and plan your activity. With so many diverse things to see, we concentrated on warbirds, vintage, sea plane base, and some of the camping areas... We didn't achieve all of it, and there were many other areas that we just didn't have time to see (microlights, Basler etc) but I thought I would add these shots, which were all taken on various days, exiting the show - just to illustrate how much we missed.

Like I said before, with over 10,000 movements during the show, my poultry 2000 pots is a really quite pitiful result but it wasn't for the lack of effort... These and other photos of our exit process (everyday) yielded at least another 75 more pots!!!
Cheers boys.
