im not sure whose slots they were using but rumour has it VS has acquired them, although something in the back of my mind tells me they were already owned by VS so are just being returned to them

Virgin reportedly intervened in a Cypriot court case the other day which resulted in an overturning of the Cypriot Transport Ministry decision to revoke Cobalt's licences though whether that intervention was solely slot related or an indication of a possible attempt to save Cobalt remains to be seen. The Cobalt fleet still remains grounded in Cyprus.
