I’m going to let this one sink in... Know what you mean though, I felt the same with American’s current scheme and dare I say it ‘our own’ Northwest (last) scheme... But after a couple of years both grew on me - particularly the Northwest one!!! That shows a little biase on my account but having served them (NW) from the meatball era, we’d come from the ‘almost no paint applied’ to the other extreme of having ‘everything covered’ in paint...
I must admit, I've never been a big fan of the green (all over) upper fuselage that they’ve had for years... The same could be said for KLM in my opinion, but they waved cheat line on the lower fuselage really turned their scheme into a 21st Century adaptation, which I now love....
Can’t wait to see the BA vintage scheme(s)....

They all do look very similar nowadays, QANTAS, AA, Lufthansa, Iberia, Avianca and now Lingus all have the same tail into fuselage paint scheme just different colours
