Finally off the mark for March with TC-LOD 330 Turkish on TK1986 LHR departure, fleeting the passenger ones (still need a couple of freighters).
Off to Gran Canaria for a sunshine holiday on Monday, a lot has changed since I was there two years ago so expect to make quite a few. Will be reporting regularly.

I didn't need either of those, and heard the C-130 drone over home (behind a huge white cloud).
Missed the UAE AF L-100-30 in Brize. Was going to call in there to see it, but it requested engine start 10min before I was due to leave.
Anyway, made my two expected U-28s at Mildenhall (see separate trip thread).

Highlight today was the ANA B787 JA892A into LHR, diverted from Dusseldorf. Also made the Aeroflot B737 VP-BNP. In between those two, a tree was uprooted in our garden, taking out our shed, 2 fence panels and 2 posts, but fortunately nobody was in the park behind us when it crashed onto a path there. The upside is that the view from the house has improved!

Shame it wasn't a Westbound trip as, with the forecast as it stands, you'd stand a decent chance of catching it tomorrow.
