I had a business call to make in Shrewsbury, I had allowed an hour and a half for the meeting but was out in 20 minutes so as the weather was decent, and VR was showing lots of heli activity at Shawbury, I decided to make the short ride north from Shrewsbury to the base. In the 45 minutes I spent there, no less than 17 of the 29 based Junos put in an appearance of which I made 8. Bearing in mind that the Junos quite often pay a visit to my neck of the woods I was very pleased with that result.

Next work call was back down in Gloucester where a 30 minutes call into a very quiet Staverton provided a further 3 frames and a scrape

Skyvan C-GKOA was on the apron in front of the Cirrus hangar but apart from that and a few residents, all was pretty quiet. The Babcock hangar had at least 3 helis inside but I couldn't ID any of them due to glare from the hangar glass or because the engine covers were up. One query was inside the old Tiger Airways hangar which was hanging from the roof, I could only see the front half of the fuselage but did take a shot which I will post later
