Afternoon Can someone please post instructions for picture posting using Picassa, Please DO NOT assume I know anything about the process. I spent this morning trying to post pics using Imgur, a complete waste of space. Picassa instruction say post the size but don't tell how you post it, it shows a picture with 2 extra lines, that don't appear in my boxes ! I am sick of trying. Thanx & have fun Terry

Hi Jeff Yes Picassa has the pics and I have an album in Google +, not that I know what that is....... Imgur is a FREE image uploading/editing program. I'm back in the U.K. and have an internet connection that has it's speed NOT measured in days. Thanx & have fun Terry

Click on a pic in your photos, right click and open with picassa .... Select edit in picassa (bottom left) do your editing then export to a folder of your choice..... You then need to upload that to a program like flikr or photobucket then upload that to the forum

Picasa is an oddity I think - whereas programmes such as Flickr and Photobucket store your photos on their sites, I believe Picasa just links to your photos wherever they might be stored, but doesn't actually store them itself. Please tell me if that's not right but that's the main reason why I have never used their services.

picassa is an editing tool not a storage tool I use Picasa 3 as an edit only tool - import the frames then export the altered frames only to another folder (up load to flickr in my case,I don't want to make it difficult to find) - then upload those adjusted ones to Flickr, but Picasa does keep the original copies unless you want to remove them manually.

Yep me too Smudger..though I find it automatically loads from "My Photo" or wherever you've downloaded them from your camera
Good editing site..especially for removal of those dratted dust spots...or larger unwanteds
