Noted early afternoon were :--
On the western cargo apron G-DHKT B757 + G-DHLG B767 DHL and SE-MAO, SE-MHD + SE-MHK ATPs West Air.
On the eastern cargo apron EI-STO + F-GIXU B737s ASL, N916FD B757 FED EX and SE-MAM ATP West AIR.
EI-SEV B737-7 Ryanair was crew training.
Around the terminal were a number of JET2, Ryanair and FLYBE machines.
In and around the various hangers were G-BJST Harvard, G-FXAP Be400, G-JAJB AA-5A, G-JMCJ B737, G-OIOB Cap10, G-RRGN Spitfire and G-TURF Ce406.
All these were read off from Diseworth road on the Northern boundary. Inside and outside the airport boundary on the south side are double red lines, well more pink actually. There are signs everywhere warning that if you stop you will be fined £100. As this includes the hanger area it could be an expensive mistake to make. All areas are covered by CCTV. I guess that this is to discourage people from dropping off outside the designated areas but it includes the whole of the south side of the airport.
