It was very wet but the wait for the short fly past was worth it

Went to see his homecoming and it was also the Solent Aviation's annual Fly In which is usually a good one,of course the good old British weather put paid to that (why couldn't it have held off for another day?).Obviously there was nothing flying although Cherokee Arrow G-CBZR arrived from Blackbushe, saw how bad the weather was becoming and promptly departed back to Blackbushe. When we were told that James Ketchell had departed White Waltham, two gyros G-MGNI & G-YROP both Magni M.16C's departed to meet up with him, also Robinson R66 G-DIGA arrived as this was filming his last flight of this mammoth trip.
He was given a very good round of applause when he taxied in which was fully deserved.
