It is working for me, I select the 'desktop' drop down option.
Although ADSB Ex does currently freeze sometimes, it is usable.

No help I know, but I cannot get anything at the moment either. I couldn't get anything earlier today on either ADSB on the laptop or Open ADSB on the phone, but both seem to be running OK now.

The main problem appears to be if you try to go direct into the Global View display.
Solution proposed on FC - which has worked for me - is to use the following link to the Home Page. Then select Global View

Hi Guys,
Can’t remember if I’ve mentioned this before but the best ‘ADSB’ I’ve found so far is ‘OpenADSB’. Very reliable and very accurate.
Cheers.

Echoing my own thanks for putting me onto the site - i’ve always gone with FR24 and Radarbox, but this is a handy new addition for me. Following the help above, it works fine on my Apple platforms.
One clarification if I may - it appears that the physical position of any (overflying) aircraft is under the text boxes, as opposed to the plane symbols. Is this just me ?

ASS , the quick answer is no . I find it awkward sometimes with the little X being aircraft position rather than the symbol but one soon gets used to it . I find it fine on a big screen like a laptop but on my phone the screen is full of the info boxes . So not much use . The menu does not reduce these . Also because it was very slow to load I tried delete and re install . Loads quicker now on my android phone . Always worth a re install I find . Chrisj

Thanks Chris. With FR24 symbols denoting exact positions, I assumed others would do the same. More practice required - hoping the rain clouds part long enough to put it to the test.

Have recently been playing around with 'ADSB flight tracker' which has lots of functionality if you like to fiddle with settings, you can also pay for upgrades (everything seems to be £1.19) if the basic model doesn't suit you. The function I like the best is the proximity button, you can set a range and a height limit and if anything appears with in those parameters the phone will say 'traffic..... Traffic..... Traffic I have it set to 7 mile and 2000ftwhich covers Farnborough Fairoaks Blackbushe and Odiham.... Like I say its a bit fiddly but you can try all the add ons free for 30 mins before you comit to buying..... Screenshot below shows the alerted traffic in red inbound EGLF

Another option that you chaps might like to check out is Plane Plotter. I have the desktop and mobile phone versions, there's a small annual cost but the best thing about the mobile is that it is set to only show "needed" frames. This does mean that it won't show a scrape with a new ID because of course, the programme knows that you've already seen the frame in a previous identity. By showing only needed frames, it seriously declutters the screen and it's because of this ( I switched over to it about nine months ago) it's enabled me to "see" stuff that ordinarily would just be lost in the mass of Ryans, Ezy's, Deltas, United, Americans and BA that overfly home here Screenshot_20191006-123412_Flightradar24 by Graham Brown, on Flickr Screenshot_20191006-123333_PPm by Graham Brown, on Flickr

another way of de-cluttering screens on any of the programs is to only show the regn, always works well and if I am spotting from home I very often put a filter on that gets rid of anything under 15000ft thus only showing airways

Some good stuff on here, chaps. Have been mulling (for years...I dont do things quickly!) planeplotter but always thought it was a bit too techy for me.
