So far this afternoon 5 Apaches have followed the Thames west to east. I needed 2 of the 5. ZJ181 and and the singleton ZJ178.

Morning Fellas,
Early shout for FAB, N636JS Global 5000 arrived 08.44 today, 18/06/2020.
Saw it through broken cloud at 1200ft, looked very much like ‘BOAC’esque..... Very noticeable scheme.
Cheers.

Being stuck at home shielding has its disadvantages, but I was fortunate enough to see "FAF601" flight (showing as "ATOS1") in "diamond four" formation OTT home underneath the clouds on their way in to Brize Norton. Miraculously E169 was the lead aircraft and was the only one of the 10 that I needed!! Only heard the other three pairs as they came over, low cloud having resumed position overhead.
Could have done with the KC-130J coming my way though.

Really frustrating yesterday. As I had never seen one of the SAS Dauphins, I drove up to Biggin Hill as soon as I read that 3 had visited. I could see one parked up outside Terminal Hangar 1, but no chance of identification. I then saw lights and heard 2 separate choppers either side of 23.00 from home. I learn this morning that ZJ787 had left at 16.20, so I had missed that one, but which of 783 and 785 had I seen up at Biggin, and which flying? It was probably 783 I saw on the ground, as that did the afternoon trip to Woolwich, but 783 and 785 both left at approx 22.59 and I may have one of them twice at night, or both. So net result, nil logged!
