Just a reminder for anyone interested, the 2020 Virtual airshow kicks off at 1700BST today. The Youtube link is below;
Located just inland from Virginia Beach and just south of NAS Norfolk - Oceana is home to some 200 F18's. Their airshows are usually pretty varied and I'm hoping they'll show some of their best archive material.
Cheers Keith

I'm surprised so much of it's live - all credit to Oceana. I wish they would change the date though as the weather is so often crap in September. That part of Virginia is so rich in aviation museums it's a 'must do' Jeff.

Were planning on doing it next year, last year we went to Mountain Lake Lodge or better known a Kellerman's of 'Dirty Dancing' fame as it is the wife's fav film, this year was mine 'Top gun' lol

I was on a training course at Sunningdale and one of the girls had seen Dirty Dancing 13 times - it had only been out for a month!! I find Virginia so compact and from DC south it's possible to do most aviation museums in Virginia in a couple of days - unlike California where a month is required to do the lot!
