Good news for us lot then Dylan, maybe not so good for travellers but for most, I guess it just means a slight diversion. I do remember though in 2010 or 2011 when Greek ATCO's were striking and they were only permitting six planes per hour to land at Heraklion on Crete where we were heading for. Because our EZY flight was late leaving the stand at LGW, we sat on the bloody tarmac for almost two hours so that we could then take a later slot at Heraklion. Not the best start to a holiday.

I started in 1964 as a schoolboy in Manchester, used to regularly cycle the 7 miles to Ringway. But destroyed all my records of light aircraft when I got married in 1984 and gave up for several years - somehow my airliner records survived.
Just 3 today. Finally caught up with EI-FIG routing Dublin-Bari, and LHR inbound N26952 789 and outbound EC-MEA A320. Forgot to look for needed 777 VN-A146 outbound, was watching the racing!

I made 72 at 9 fields on Saturday, so a great day for me. Haven't sorted out Brize fully yet, and that doesn't include some OTT's I made. Probably 75/80 hit the book. Brilliant day. Yesterday I made 21 OTT's, so a great weekend all in all. Some from yesterday included TCDJ of TCX (Need TCDK only now), CS-PHE E55P of NJE recently delivered,HB-JVO of Helvetic/SWR, SE-DJL FA7X, A6-EOD A380, and many more. I'll post logs on the right boards later on from Saturday Dyl

Hi Bob
It was sunny at Popham on Sunday but very blustery which probably put a few potential winged visitors off. I still made 25 including a few OTT's though so quite pleased with that. Looking forward to reading your logs Dylan.

A bright period between 2 and 6 o'clock, combined with a trip out enabled N214CL Cirrus 22 (heading towards Newquay) to be recorded.
