According to this from Dunsfold it'll be a permanent exhibit to be used for filming.

On June 26th this year G-BNLY will be open to the public. From 12 til 5pm for the afternoon access and then 6pm until 10pm for a night shoot. Afternoon access is £25 and the evening shoot is £40. More information from Threshold.aero..
