Gents, two or three have PM-ed me asking about the new format that Jeff and I put in place a couple of weeks ago, it looks like their main worry is that they might miss something on the various main forums. Just for info, the traffic lights will show green if there is a new post but bear in mind, that it will only show for the very latest new post. So, if it is for example on the UK/Worldwide GA/Biz main forum, clicking on the "latest post" on the right will only take you to that individual post. If you want to see every new post on that specific forum, you need to click on the link across the top of each forum, .e.g. " please click here to view the forum in the old format". By doing this you will then bring up every sub forum and any that has had a new post since your last visit will be highlighted with a green traffic light. Thanks

Just to add to this, in the Nav bar at the top of screen is a link called "Forum Recent Threads" clicking this will take you to a list of the last 40 threads that have been posted in. Although it doesnt show which thread! People may have noticed over the last few weeks some of the thread titles have changed from something like, eg; "Log 10/4" to "Fairoaks:Log 10/4" this is something we can do in Admin to make the posts easier to place when reading in the "Forum recent threads" page. We are however not going to make it a rule (as we dont do rules!! lol) for you to put a place name in the title of threads but if you do remember to do this when posting it would be much appreciated ..thanks
