Great report Graham.

Just going back to the Herald scenario. I wonder why the RAF didn’t donate the 146 to IWM instead of DAS!!! 

If IWM are the decision makers of the one in/one out policy over DAS, wouldn’t it have been in everyone’s interest for IWM to take on the custodial responsibility and then both could have been preserved at this wonderful establishment.

Very weird scenario…
