East Midlands stay 04 and 05/02/22 - log

I arrived at East Midlands at about 14.30 and drove round the airfield, logging everything outside.
Then I went to my hotel for the night- the Premier Inn which just about overlooks the cargo apron at the east end of the airfield. With a front-facing room, all arrivals could be logged even when it got dark.

Have never thought of an overnight at EMA before Phil, great result for yourself, its better than taking a chance stopping on the double red lines that they have around the airport, or nipping over to the museum. I would have made 11 out of your log- s lot being some major gap fillers for me  and 3 being the Austrian 757's.  Good start to the spotting year for yourself.
