I can't believe this was four years ago, a top notch open air museum located just across the airport perimeter road, free parking, very reasonable entry fee ( which I can't recall how much) and a very convenient viewing platform giving excellent views across the road to the airport.Well pleased with eleven frames at the museum, a few at BOH then a couple more when I got back home

Hi Graham. Provost WW421 in the Bournemouth museum is really WW450 (c/n PAC/F/265). WW421 became a training frame at St Athan as 7688M and was broken up there in 1975. It donated its wings to WW450 which was 7689M, going initially to Tattershall before moving to Bournemouth. It was registered as G-BZRE back in 2001 mistakenly with a former identity of WW421. That civil reg was never taken up. It was marked as WW421 and carried this at Bournemouth for some time, but has now been corrected and is now correctly displayed as WW450.
