Unfortunately this event was spoilt by gusting winds but the surrounding trees at least afforded enough shelter to attempt the inflation of over 30 balloons. Some were just cold air inflated and others did get some hot air inside but none were able to stand up so photos were just for record purposes really. I have only put types against those I needed. Considering the wind and the fact that some of the balloon collections bailed out during the preceding week, I was extremely pleased with how good a day it was. I made 12 balloons- nice to catch up on some old gap-fillers and a few rarities!
I then made several at Cranfield and Luton on the way home so what looked like it might be a disappointment, was actually a surprisingly good day out.

I was hoping ZETA would come out but, being a 105, they decided it was a bit big for the conditions.
