Having started collecting military transport planes again since I attended departures day in 2019,I decided to go again with Rob Belcher this year.
I have just one request, whilst we were waiting for the French registered Sabre to depart,I noticed a glider & trailer parked behind the A400M ZM419,the trailer had "Royal Air Force Gliding Clubs" on it and the glider although parked @ a difficult angle did appear to have a G- reg under the left wing,I could also see part of the code on the tail but was unable to make it out.If anyone else saw this and could confirm the reg,it would be much appreciated.

Blimey Dave, you now collecting mil transports, before you know it Keith will be eating eggs! ;0) Graham,I used to collect military but got fed up with straining my neck etc @ airshows trying to read off stuff doing displays etc, etc.Decided to concentrate on most things civil and military biz but you would have noticed on my trip reports that I did include military because a lot of AFA members do collect military and also it made my reports a bit more interesting in my opinion. It was departures day @ Fairford 2019 that led to me collecting military transports again and I only went there because Rob Belcher's dad couldn't make it so I went along basically at that time to get the civil, enjoyed it so much that I started collecting again. Now with regards to Keith eating eggs,I think hell will freeze over first.
