hi,
well the last outing in the caravan, for this year, so up to Filey, woke up to sunshine on the tuesday, rain and high winds the rest of the week. so i chose Beverley as my last visit was 2016. The lane to the field was still pot holed, if not more so, we pulled up on the car park, and i went off to the flight office, big smile, "good morning, any chance of looking around? NO, not even looking in from the door, NO, only from the little grass area, so a shrug and a ok thanks. As it happens here theres a big old hangar on the other side of the lane away from the F/O the doors were wide open, so not crossing the threshold, i got most of the aircraft except for 3-4 Quik's. So anyone visiting beware of the pot holes, and dont bother asking...
here's what i logged half an hour or so...

G-MZHF THRUSTER T600N.

a request, in the old hangar a side door was open, and G-BYBM above, was being worked on, and there was a Spitfire Mk.26 at the back with its wings off and engine out, a reg for this would be good if anyone knows it.
another 2 airfields to follow, regards,
