After our Wittering visit, the 7 of us called in at Sibson. The main hangar and the paradropping hangar were closed, but after asking at reception we made a few outside, a couple in the one open hangar and a few through the gaps in the main hangar.

Hi Phil,
The RV-7 inside the hangar was G-RVUK, according to Kevin.

We then all moved onto Conington. There were only 7 aircraft outside, but after lunch in the cafe we were escorted to the open hangar door and our escort called out all the registrations. He also gave us an excellent history of this wartime airfield!
