My group DA&HG has a Eurofox Fly In at Poham on the 1st April, so far 55 Eurofox owners have indicated their intention to Fly In, just need some settled dry weather..

Thanks for the heads up, 55 Eurofoxes seems a sight to see, sadly too far away for me.

Hope this event goes ahead as for the last two days Popham's webcam has been showing airfield closed signs

So far the webcam has shown a very empty & overcast looking Popham. And the sign still reads 'Restricted'.

Are we to assume a trip today would be a wasted one?

Popham 02/04/23
Eurofox -
G-CJZD G-CLYZ G-COCG G-FOCX G-FOKS G-FOKZ G-FOXO G-LEPR G-PLOT G-RODW G-ZDEE
Other visitors-

By 13.40 I couldn’t see any more Eurofoxes or other interesting visitors on FR24, so went home to paint the living room! Great!

Also noted from a truck by the dip was G-AXZM Nipper for long term rebuild from Newcastle area. Accident in 1989 and part restored, sold as a project due to the owners death.

When I last looked on the webcam it was parked close to the gate by the visitors compound so if it hasn't moved should be visible from the A303,

G-NMCL seen at 07.00 this morning in the position described. Thanks Dave- worth the extra 7 minutes on the drive to work!
Also there was a Piaggio 149. Presumably a common D- one, but any ideas anyone?
Thanks

Thanks for that. I think you’re right- especially as N4956C is showing as airborne from Popham now, alongside N71CW which it was parked next to this morning.
I need N4956C too, so that really was a good drive-by down the A303 this morning!
Thank you!
