Report`s elsewhere have KC-10`s (Hoist c/s) Tanking 52`s Direct Barksdale - Sweden (Waste c/s) over HF Ganda/Nova Scotia
Been no ILS check yet but if a 17 turns up this week/weekend then you`ll know 4th June best bet for the Visitor`s to Arrive

AIRFIELD ACTIVITY AT RAF FAIRFORD IN JUNE 2015
There is a training exercise scheduled to take place at RAF Fairford during the month of June, which is part of their mission to be ready to receive a deployment of aircraft and personnel with 48 hours’ notice both for real world scenarios and for training.
During the training exercise period, you will notice a greater USAF presence at RAF Fairford with a temporary increase in American personnel working at the base, preparatory activities on the airfield and more frequent flight operations. RAF Fairford will only be used for take-off and landing, and flying exercises will take place elsewhere.
Contingency personnel will adhere to the posted quiet hours whenever possible. Howver, there may be some occasions where operational necessity may require them to operate outside of these published hours. The airfield quiet hours are:
• Monday-Thursday 23.00 each evening until 06.00 the following morning
• Weekends from 18.00 Friday evening until 06.00 on Monday morning
We hope that activities at RAF Fairford are not too intrusive to local residents and ask that residents are not alarmed by the military operations at RAF Fairford during this time.

Pants flight (yes really) two B2 due in circa 2000(ish) looks as though they will be on a turnaround too

Passing Kemble at 1700, I noticed two B52s gamboling about, inbound FFD. How many if the BUFFs are there now? More B2s due? Blimey...just need some B1s and even my camera might get interested!
