Not sure how this thread will evolve but it's just a bit of fun.....here's a few for starters
Today's Mini is the same width as the original Range Rover
The B707 carried 137 pax in a 2 config set up, and A320 carries 140 in a normal config
The roads on Heathrow airport used to start with N to the North, S to the South, E to the East and W to the West.....C was used for Central area.

I watched a B777 take of from Hong Kong on a direct flight to LHR ,90 mins before I did the same route, but I completed my flight,cleared customs collected my car drove to Reading,took my kids to school.... went to bed for 2hrs 30mins ,drove back to Heathrow in time to see the B777 LAND !!!!

The same commentators fail to use the correct term ‘Assistant Referee’ instead calling them referee’s assistant (who could be whoever does their laundry.)

Steadygreen you are quite correct ...ironically we could only see the tail during daylight at HKG,but it was on the departure board beside us and it was only lights ,so I still needed to see it properly....but of course it went to PIA.

This lead once to another fun fact in one of the aircrafts first flights into Heathrow airfield ops didn't appreciate the filed flight plan as a B77L not a B772 and sent it into one of T3 cul-de-sacs causing a slight problem as B77L has B777-300 WINGS and needed a gentle push back out.

As February 2024 draws to a close, tomorrow was planned to be the retirement date of the final 8 BA B747-400s in service. That plan may have needed moving to the right with the subsequent B777-9 delays, but it was the final published fleet plan, prior to the pandemic
