For those of a military persuasion the Italian carrier Garibaldi is due in Portsmouth tomorrow at 15.00. At least they've got one that works.

Currently also Italian Helicopter/Assault ship ITS SAN GIORGIO (per KHM) is near the St Helens Anchorage where it's supposed to be Anchoring overnight per KHM
and in the B anchorage in the Solent is GUNSTON HALL (it arrived in Portsmouth on the 8th and left there today)
Presumably all in connection with STEADFAST DEFENDER 2024

As a side story while driving down for a works drinkathon yesterday to Southampton, before todays dock visit.
On approaching the A34 junction J9 M3 a Chinook Roadrunner ZA713 / 27 joined in a convoy (tail on second truck)for Fleetlands.
The 27 code was on the nose in Orange High Viz plus as extra orange rectangle between lower cockpit window.
