Did anyone get the ID of a Spitfire seen over Aldershot at approx 17:35-17:40 hrs. The code looked a bit like BR-H, though I didn't get a good look at that. Any help much appreciated.

Hi Phil, I saw it, but didn't get that one, but at 15.35 G-MXVI Spitfire 16 went from east to SW very low over me in Deepcut and skirted round the FAB circuit... Bill

Thanks gents. I suspect that the one I saw went overhead FAB or just to the east of the airfield routing from South to North. I live in Aldershot. I didn't get the best look at the code letters at the time, so these may not be 100% correct.
