Found these old colour shots recently so scanned them into the PC. They were taken by me on one of my regular Saturday jaunts to Heathrow whilst growing up in Reading. There's just the six shots, but they show some interesting old airliners and of course, the shots were taken from the roof of the Queen's Building. Good times. I really miss the Queen's building & Terminal 2 roof. A good variety of types to be seen at those times, The Russian types, Air France Caravelles, F27 /28s. I never saw an Alitalia 'heavy'. I saw my few AZ DC10s at Toronto & one in Paris Orly.
