Yet another Popham event affected by the weather,it really has been bad this year, however on with the log and this is what I saw between 09.30 - 13.00,the following three aircraft were already parked up and I don't think they were part of the fly in:
G-LEAM Cherokee 236 EI-BYG Rallye TB.9 Tampico (was told it is now based and will be going G-) N180FN Cessna 180
The first arrival was approx 11.00
G-AWEZ Cherokee Arrow 180 G-BXDH Chipmunk (marked as WD331) G-CBOA Auster B8 Agricola (highlight of the day for me) G-MRED Christavia MK.1 G-AHGZ Taylorcraft Plus D (marked as LB367) G-AKSY Auster 5 (marked as TJ534) G-AYDX Beagle A.61 Terrier G-ATHU Beagle A.61 Terrier G-DAVD Cessna FR.172K G-CETO Skyranger Swift G-APBW Auster 5A G-CDTA EV97 Eurostar
Hope the weather is better next Sunday as it's the Solent Aviation Society Fly In.

Could have been worse I suppose but I would love to see that Agricola. Incidentally I made the Taylorcraft at Sackville

That Taylorcraft is a fairly frequent visitor over this way chaps, I've photographed her from the back garden several times.

That's great! Wish I'd made the very short trip on Sunday now!
Need that and the Taylorcraft, but the Agricola in particular, would have been great to see.
