Arrived for repair to one of her engines on 07/10/15. Not sure exactly where she's berthed or if she has helicopters on board. This is Canadas last destroyer and is due to be taken out of service in 2017, but bearing in mind they apparently started building her in 1969 she's lasted well.
I didn't find out about it until it had gone but the Indian Navy INS TRIKAND F51 made a visit to Portsmouth on 12/09/15
also HMCS Winnipeg was off Sandown IOW on 11/09/15 with a helicopter showing from the picture I've seen

Oops didn't spot other postings
There is an interesting selection of ex UK WW2 craft along the Adur's riverbank and its well worth the walk but you're nearly right with E-boat Jeff, the big one is ex Federel German 155 1/2 feet Schultze Class Minesweeper M1096 Fische dating from 1960. The design is a development of Kriegmarines R-Boats(Raumboot)from WW2
Information is from excellent publication Retired on the River by Philip Simons & Nick Hall
