There was a discussion on another aviation website about the Polish Aviation Museum in Krakow so I went on Google Earth to take a gander. Much to my surprise, I was able to go in to Streetview and take a wander around the entire collection. How weird!!

Its a super museum, been there a couple of times most recently when driving around Poland for a week in connection with the air show at Radom. If you are flying in to Krakow make sure you sit at a right side window. Usual landing direction will produce a taxy back right along the Polish AF transport & helo flight line (which is not visible from the terminal). Krakow town is stunning as unlike Warsaw it was not knocked about in WW2. Many other good museums in the country if on a longer visit.

Saw a poster there for a show at Katowice Muchoviac next day and it turned out to be like a mini LAA rally. Got a circuit in an AN2 for about seven quid!
