Very nice. The truck reg looks like 216 BLF, as far as I know a middle "L" in the reg signifies London registered so I reckon you're right Jeff. And that's B707-321B N884PA behind

Sorry Graham but its DC8 N805PA thats in the background (look at the cockpit windows). Pan Am DC8s were regular at LHR in the early-mid 60s and, by way of a change, they also used DC8s from Delta for a time still in full Delta c/s.

I stand corrected Dave. I checked the "Clipper Nightingale" in the 1970 CAM and it gave the 707 N884PA as the bearer of that name. But if I look at the 1968 CAM it certainly gives DC-8-30 N805PA AS "Nightingale". N805PA does not appear in 1970 CAM so she's presumably moved on and N884PA took on her name.
