For those who use the site, there has recently been an upgrade, which is causing a few problems

hi morning, I use it for biz and any military not showing up on sbs, get the biz squawk and then check the reg off sbs, but the newly updated edition does not give squawk codes doh... also if i'm out with the dog and see something interesting going over I check the replay to see what it was.
just waiting to see if this fog and clouds will clear now, regards, dave...

There is a new, well new to me anyway, radar here global.adsbexchange.com/VirtualRadar/mobile.html# which I have been reliably informed shows Mil etc, I not yet had chance to have a proper play but there are lots of individual setups in the menu to achieve what you want the screen to look like.

Yes, I had the notification that FR24 had "changed" when I got home at lunchtime. It seems to be hanging all the time, no aircraft tracks, you have on keep on refreshing it and if you click on a plane, in 75% of times the info box giving the details does not appear. Rather pissed off that I only renewed my PRO ( or whatever they call it) subscription about three weeks ago yet it seems to count for nothing if you want to avail yourself of the new "gold" membership level in order to view what you've already paid to view. The FR24 forum is full of similarly disgruntled users airing their concerns.

Result - after contacting the FR24 team I received this email this morning...
<<We've worked hard to make the new Flightradar24.com an amazing experience for you and we think you're really going to like what you see. We've added several new features and at the same time we've introduced a couple of new subscription plans.
As an existing Premium subscriber we've upgraded you to our new Gold subscription for the remainder of your existing subscription. You may visit your account page for full details on what is included in our new Gold subscription, but highlights include access to Extended Mode S data and greatly expanded access to historical flight information. With a Gold subscription, you'll have access to 180 days of historical data and the ability to download individual flights as a KML or CSV file.
At the end of your current subscription period, you'll need to visit your account page to renew your subscription at a level of your choosing. If you currently have a monthly renewing subscription, you will still need to renew your subscription when the current subscription period ends.
You may also upgrade to a Business subscription at any time. Business subscribers receive access to our new Airport and Fleet views as well as additional historical flight information. Business subscribers are also able to use Flightradar24 for commercial use. Find out more about about the Business plan.
/The Flightradar24 team>>
So, if you've recently renewed your old Premium subs, email them and they will automatically upgrade you to the new Gold plan for the remainder of your paid for time.

They took their time though Dave, I wonder how many users assumed their old subs were no longer valid and paid to upgrade?

Can't answer that I'm afraid Graham just to say I've been a Premium user for about 15 months now.
