According to a thread on Pprune, the entire Air Cadet glider fleet has been grounded for some time due to 'technical' (paperwork) problems and the Tutor fleet also used by UAS' is operating under limited conditions. They hope to re-start gliding in Sep 2015, but of course in the mean time, all instructors and AEG pilots will be well out of currency and will need a period of refresher flying before they start taking passengers again.

First test flight of a Vigilant after the grounding took place a couple of weeks ago at Syerston. It will take some time before the full fleet is cleared and we can expect some degree of shuffling of aircraft as they are delivered out to the various units, so may eventually see some changes to those at Odiham.
