hi,
on a short jolly to Filey and managed a afternoon visiting the above airfields-

G-ICAS. G-JANF. G-BAZS. G-FLYA. G-BRBA. G-BIEY. G-CSHB. G-CEZK. G-CONL. G-AYCT. G-CIPZ. G-MCUB. G-BPUU. G-BATV. G-RVRT. G-ANRP/TW439. G-BCER. a maint. hangar contained G-BDBU. G-BMBB. G-BGYH. G-ARGV. and AXJ- BGA-740. round the back these in "onesies" G-DEOV. G-CJMN. G-CKKX. D-KBTR. and G-DEDK? not sure of this one as its registered to someone in Cyprus...plus at least 20 containers.
Beverley- tried phoning but no answer, on asking at control told only on grass area, no airside access including hangars, due to engine thefts in the uk, fortunately these out on field-G-TEWS. G-BIOC. G-BPJW. G-BPOS. G-BIDH. G-AWEX. G-BDRD. G-BAXV. and G-BEYT minus prop. on the other side of the long bouncy lane was a second hangar these noted from door way G-CCZM. G-CGWT. G-AVXD. G-CFIA. G-CCPF. G-BZJO. plus approx. 5/8 others. Round the back the wreck of G-BAEV.
not a bad afternoon, regards, dave...

Dave, When I went to Linley Hill a few years back I accessed the airfield via the long bumpy road- and got the same response re no entry to the hangars- is that road the only way to the field or is there a flatter route that saves your suspension. Also Full Sutton- as you drive into the airfield the Hangars are to the right by the tower/clubhouse- if you turn left- there is another hangar with about half a dozen aircraft in. Ignore this if you were already aware. Nice lists though. Happy Days Bob

hi Bob, I think since you were on the long bumpy road its grown to a very long bumpy road with extra pot holes, don't know of any other way as that's where the sat-nav took us. The chap I spoke to was firm no spotters! even when I asked just from the doors but you can't win them all, I did get the second hangar from the door though. On there web site it says one of the friendliest airfields around! probably meaning for fly in visitors.
Full Sutton yes the hangar to the left as you drive in is the 4 in the maint. hangar in my report, but on google there shows 4 a/c by the near end and I went the far end when I saw it open, which would have been half of that building, so I might have missed some...
regards, dave...

Thanks Dave- I forgot the maintenance hangar was at the front has always been closed when I have visited-but the back has always been open. Looking at your Pocklington list could your Cyprus Glider could it be G-DEOK a Centrair 101A which is shown on LAAS site as being based. Happy Days Bob

At Full Sutton, if you turn left down to the two hangars, the first is the old maintaince hangar and now just used for storage, the one behind is the old paintshop and is now empty.
Beverley. aka Linley Hill, has just been taken over by new owners and are cautious of unknown visitors.

Happy Days Bob hi Bob, thanks it must be DEOK but for the life of me can't recognise gliders...interesting you mentioning the LAAS site if you've got a spare 5mins or so could you put the based a/c for Beverley on here, I,m using the UKQR 2015 civil register and I,m trying to match bits and pieces at the back of the hangar...I've got G-CCCJ + G-MZHF extra to my original post. regards, dave...
