Blank day yesterday, and was not expecting anything today, but the clouds lifted sufficiently to enable me to see VP-BAZ my first Aeroflot A321 with sharklets climbing away from LHR 09 on the SU2575.

Yes, much better day with mainly clear skies and trails at all levels..... All right for some.
100% clag over Melksham all day with the cloudbase not above 1000ft. I couldn't even see a Merlin (which I needed) at that level over my house - twice (going and coming back). Could have made two C-17s as well, if.....

Another decent day with 5 frames made. Highlight was not 1 but 2 C32As (USAF 757s), 99-0003 and 99-0004 (thanks to rh226 for the heads up) plus D-AINC A320neo out of LHR, N793AV 788 Avianca inbound LHR and LX-LQI DHC8 returning home from DUB.
Also scrapes D-BEAR c750 (ex D-BTEN) and SP-SPC ATR72F (ex D-ANFE).

Lovely day here in Devizes, mostly clear skies. Ended up making a few, best of which was USAF C-17 00-0184 which went across to my north at 23000ft and was clearly visible without bins from the dining room window

The only one of those stats I can honestly say I have achieved is for 737's, bearing in mind I took three decades off from general spotting other than visiting airshows, where I sit on 1,846 frames to date

Despite the blue skies, only 3 frames for me today, VP-BNN A319 Donavia routing SNN-Woensdrecht, G-JZHK 738 Jet2 GVA-LBA and ZA677 Chinook low level heading W along the Thames. One scrape, N539BC 744F Kalitta (ex Korean). . On the matter of the Boeing frame targets, I fail on 707s (584) and 757s (538) and am unlikely to achieve either without visiting the boneyards. 717s, 720s and 787s are of course impossible. There is some hope for me on 767s, currently on 737, but need to visit either Japan or Memphis to get there. The rest I have managed
727s 756 737s 1704 737NG 1690 747s 1336 777s 1130

In terms of Boeings, I stand at...
707 - 52 717 - 50 720 - 0 727 - 92 737 - 2226 (incl. 1416 NGs) 747 - 713 757 - 506 767 - 526 777 - 832 787 - 159
So it's only 747s I've really got a shot with at the moment!

My stats pale into insignificance compared to some of the members here, but here goes anyway.. 707 - 636 720 - 58 727 - 413 737 - 1846 747 - 641 757 - 357 767 - 503 777 - 826 787 - 249

My Airbus and Boeing counts simply reflect the length of time I have been spotting (52 years, but with some gaps), although I have not been on any purely spotting trips, simply taking spotting opportunities while on holiday in various parts of the world. Nowadays most of my spotting involves looking upwards from the house or garden!

Evening Guys,
Funny we should start talking about frame totals. I've been putting my old logs into ADU for the past two years... I've now completed 2017 back to 1975... So I have 11 years to go... Currently logged over 75,000 registrations of which just over 50,000 are frames.
However, never having been able to work out how many aircraft I have actually seen ADU keeps a complete running total. So these excersises are easy to run... My totals (so far) are as follows;
A300. 251 A310. 81 A318. 27 A319. 697 A320. 1801 A321. 569 A330. 831 A340. 347 A250. 29 A380. 201
B707. 551 B717. 60 B720. 46 B727. 989 B737. 1624 B737NG. 2086 B737MAX. 1 B747. 1265 B757. 709 B767. 762 B777. 1214 B787. 297
I'm off to Vegas and hopefully Arizona next month so hopefully might add to some of these totals...
Good game, good game!!!

Hi folks
I don't normally post my daily logs but here in sunny Chippenham things got a bit mad this morning. Aside from the usual airliners and military flights, things went biz jet crazy all morning with a few more in the afternoon. Most were East - West and I can only assume the morning rush was to get all the Trump execs home in time for his inauguration?? Most had short trails but they seemed to cover anything in the 28-45 region. Here's the list of the ones I clocked -
A6-MHH A319 N5MV F900 N613WF GLEX N372BG G5 N1086 G4 D-BIKA F2000 N264YU Citation N607CH G5 9H-VCO CL600 N500QA GLEX N977GS F700 N125TM CL300? N3PG G5 N933EY GLEX HZ-MS5A G5 CS-DSD F700 VP-CWW GLEX C-FORB G4 N462MK G5 N168NJ G5
A good day for me Cheers Keith
