Looks like they are trying again - with a slight difference!! TRK1 is the Mildenhall KC-135 with chicks TRK2 is the Mildenhall KC-135 leaving at 30W and returning to Mildenhall TRK3 is a KC-10 (?) from Moron (?) joining at 25W and taking them on by itself from 30W.
The 19min earlier start to the NOTAM is probably to allow for the KC-10 (?) entering the reserved airspace (TRK3) earlier than the others (TRK1) in order to catch them up.
The Santa Maria part of the KC-10's (?) route is :- KOMUT is 38N15W

And it is actually happening!!!!
"BLUE31" is KC-10A 86-0036 [AE022D] out of Moron and will join them at 25W as per NOTAM. "BLUE32" KC-135R 60-0324 [AE0480] is the Mildenhall tanker.
11.36Z All joined up in trail over the Wash and setting course for LEE at FL270. 12.05Z Passing over LUK and turned hard left for MIMKU.
