First of all, a huge thank you to Chris and his Threshold colleagues for such a great, well organised day out. The weather, well what can you say? - had you guys stuck a pin in the calendar for July or August I doubt it would have been any better. A brilliant day, wish I'd taken my suncream. My photo offerings are on Flickr including the museum flickr.com/photos/132235185@N08/sets/72157679098025564Most memorable were the French hover taxiing back to the dispersal. I still have grass cuttings in places I didn't know I had 😂

An excellent day out, so thanks to all involved in making it happen. Sadly I had to leave at 1245 to go to work. I just had time to nip round with the camera when they opened the gates ahead of schedule at 1215.
Out of interest, did anyone log the stored Lynxes around the corner?
Cheers, DC

Thanks for sharing the photos and the kind words guys, we're really really pleased with how it went and absolutely humbled by the feedback we've received.
We're looking forward to organising future events; nightshoots, fly-ins, base and airfield visits, etc. throughout 2017 and 2018 - with another bit event already in the planning!
We invited Motorsport Vlogs, a new Youtuber and as the name suggests motorsport videographer, along to capture the day - in a manner hopefully different to the norm - you can watch his video below:
