Just reading reports that G-LUSH came down shortly after leaving Blackbushe. Landed in a field near Minley Road in Blackwater. Pilot ok. Only person on board. Aircraft a w/o.

I wouldn't normally query something like this, only I was at Blackbushe early yesterday (17/4/17) afternoon and photographed G-LUSH, which was then in one piece and parked near to G-RECW (the PA28 in BCAL livery) the latter one was parked next to the car park fence. I certainly won't question that the aircraft has now been written off, that's clearly evident in the report photos. I just think that someone must have got their days mixed up! However, most important of all is that no one was badly hurt / killed in the accident.

Hmm. Just going by BBC report. Never trusted them for accuracy. Or it's amazing what they can do with a bit of duct tape
