Here is a log of what I saw at Mildenhall and Lakenheath, early morning, Sat 15th. (It fills a gap from Bob's logs!)
The A.10s were rumoured to be departing at 08.00, so just to make sure I didn't miss them, I left home at 05.00 and arrived at 07.00! They were then delayed! However, I needed ten of the twelve and made another seven USAF there. Then onto Lakenheath for the SP F.16s. We read off 14, and fortunately that included the four that I needed from the detachment.
