From Gosport and through a partially opened door
I believe they only load one helicopter on this class, does anyone happen to know which one it was??
Regards

We went right next to the Norwegian ship on our boat trip on the 27th. The hangar door was raised about halfway up and there seemed to be nothing inside but equipment. No-one else (even those who went into the dockyard) has mentioned anything being on board. Not definitive but seems that it might well have arrived without its helo.

Thanks Dave and Mark for your replies
The photo I took of F313 was from the northern end of the park by the Gosport Ferry Terminal, The door was partially up, my view of the back of the ship is obscured by the outer American and I only have a sliver of a view of the inside of the hanger. Zooming in on the photo I have the impression of what looks like the windscreen and side window although I except this could be other equipment and that I should have been more cautious in my original note

John

We went right up to this when we went on the Philippine Sea, the hangar was slightly open and it appeared empty, one of the lads asked the crew and was told ' no helo on board'.
