I deleted the previous version of this as it was incorrect.
The F-15s should be the Louisiana ("JZ") and Florida (no tail code) ANG F-15C/Ds out of Campia Turzii AB, Romania, where they have been since the end of April.
The 1st wave ("TABOR51-56") are not stopping in the UK and are going to Keflavik. Initial leg tanking was by "RCH091" KC-135R 57-1468 which has gone into Mildenhall. Last leg (from MAM) is being done by "RCH092" KC-10A 82-0193 on a round trip from Mildenhall. Serials passed to tanker were:- F-15D 80-0058 ('D) and F-15Cs 83-0012/JZ, 83-0041/JZ, 85-0086, 85-0102/JZ and 86-0161.
The 2nd wave ("TABOR61-66") are due into Lakenheath at 13.00BST - but I think that they may be a bit late. Serials should be F-15Cs 81-0039/JZ, 81-0041/JZ, 83-0036/JZ, 86-0148, 86-0155 and 86-0162.

Looks like they may well be departing around 08.30BST (give or take a bit) tomorrow Thursday 24th August.
There is a suitable NOTAM for that sort of time, which I am assuming is for them.

Thursday 24th August 2017
It would appear that the last two (81-0039/JZ and 86-0162) are due into Lakenheath around 13.30BST.
The 1st four have cancelled their departure and have shut up shop for the day. They are parked on Charlie (the usual visitors ramp).....credit FC.

The last two didn't make it either and are now supposed to be arriving tomorrow (Friday) afternoon.
ALTRV has been reposted for tomorrow - guessed ETD around 13.00BST or so - but it is possible that they might wait for their pals and go as one complete unit on Saturday. We shall see.

Yes, the last two (81-0039/JZ and 86-0162) have finally arrived - at Mildenhall. This is a total bu**er as I have now got to visit the 'Hall early tomorrow before going to Lakenheath for two of the other four.
Guesstimated departure time of 08.15 - 08.30 tomorrow (Saturday) based on the ALTRV. However, quiet hours will be in effect, so may well be 09.00 or later.

The two F-15s from Mildenhall departed at 08.45 as "TABOR61" Flight.
Only two departed from Lakenheath (83-0036/JZ and 86-0155) at 08.44
Accompanying tankers were "CLEAN41" KC-135R 61-0299 (Mildenhall based), "CLEAN42" KC-10A 82-0193 (Travis based) and "CLEAN43" KC-135R 57-1468 (March based). "CLEAN41" seems to have developed a problem and RTB'ed Mildenhall, leaving the other two to carry on.
The two that departed were a pain in the butt having seen them back in April when they visited Lakenheath from Leeuwarden. This meant that I had to do a walk in "the field" to see the other two. Fortunately, it was only a short walk.
The two left behind at Lakenheath are 81-0041/JZ and 86-0148.

Friday 1st September 2017
The remaining two F-15s have re-positioned to Mildenhall this morning as "FANG01/02".
Sounds like they may well be departing over the weekend - bearing in mind the arrival of KC-10A 87-0122 this morning. No NOTAM posted as yet.
