On the morning of the 29th July I was lucky enough to get a flight with a few friends (one of which was the pilot of course) from Goodwood over the visiting carrier, here are the results:

And before I get the silly comments that I did last time I did one of these (on another forum not this one), here is the important part of the NOTAM governing the restrictions:
1.
The USS George H W Bush is scheduled to visit the United Kingdom.
As part of the overall security arrangements for the event, The Secretary of
State for Transport has decided that it is necessary, in the interests of the public, to
introduce the Restriction of Flying Regulations under Article 239 of the Air Navigation Order
2016.
2.
Subject to paragraph 3, between
0500hours on 27July 2017 and 1130 hours on 1 August 2017, no aircraft is to fly below 2,500 ft amsl within the area bounded by a circle of one nautical mile radius centred on 504607N 0011042W
C&C welcome as always.
Cheers
Mark
