The Sunday Telegraph today has an article on 'Blair Force One'. It is reported as a Black and Gold Global Express, and there is a photo.
They claim it is a 'prize find' for plane spotters. Any know which one it is?

If Blair's on board, it's more likely to be a "prize target" for an ground-to-air missile...;0)
I had a look around Bob, the Global is owned by Richard Caring, a highly successful businessman who has a personal fortune of £800m. He leases it out apparently to "International Jet Club" who in turn lease it to wealthy customers. Nothing about the reg though on any of the web pages I looked at.

The photo in the Telegraph looks very much like G-CEYL, but G-INFO says that is owned by Aravco, so I don't know if that works.

The Telegraph's photo has the reg pixellated out precisely where G-CEYL's is located. Here's CEYL departing on a youtube video, almost certainly has to be the one in question
The info regarding the "International Jet Club" could be out of date I guess
