Bonfire night then once the ashes and used fireworks have littered your back garden, the mighty Christmas machine rolls into action. In fact, you can tell it's nearly Christmas because the supermarkets are all full of Easter eggs.

Not a good day, but managed to break my duck with HL7578 350 Asiana on LHR departure. They only have 3, just HL8078 needed now.

Gaps in the cloud early allowed me to make N831AA 789 on the AA151 CDG-ORD and EI-FYD Norwegian my first 738MAX routing ARN-LPA. But the weather closed in, nothing since.

Made "JUN440" Merlin ZK001 last night and, tonight, "AAC668" Gazelle ZB691.
The clouds did not clear in time this morning for me to see "RCH1049" C-146A Wolfhound (Do328) 12-3047 going more or less directly over the house.

The forecast for my area of clear blue skies for Thursday resulted, disappointingly, in unbroken cloud all day. Even local flyers were mostly obscured so low was the cloud.
Just the one add then, a newly UK registered Seneca.

It was in Bournemouth the other day and i missed it. I worked on that Wolfhound so not required but you have my sympathies. In answer to your question in the Kemble thread, yes very well thanks Cheers Mark

Well the cloud started clearing over Melksham at lunchtime and a very kind Westbound "RCH629" Travis-based KC-10A 86-0037 trailed its way across the blue (13.16 over Bristol).
Makes a welcome change for a (Westbound) West Coast machine to come my way instead going of up the UK East coast!!

Blank day yesterday, was out morning and early afternoon and at a club dinner in the evening so missed my last Asiana 350 HL8078.
Cloud did not lift today until after dark, so made only 2 frames, YI-ASB 320 Iraqi routing MAN-Baghdad and HL8077 77F on the KE503 LHR-CDG (first visit?)
Noted on a German website that the Capital Airlines flight from Qingdao, China into LHR is due to start on17 November, days 1/5. Will be interesting to see whether they use 330-300s (they have 2) or 330-200s (they have 6 plus 1 on order, I saw B-8982 while on holiday in Reims in August on their Lisbon flight).
